Ms. Hayba joined the firm of Curran Moher Weis in 2017 after practicing domestic relations law at another Fairfax, Virginia firm. Ms. Hayba focuses her practice solely on domestic relations matters involving divorce, custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and other related issues. Ms. Hayba provides her clients with both dedicated and compassionate legal representation, focusing on her client’s short-term and long-term goals.

In 2018, Ms. Hayba was trained as a collaborative law practitioner and is a member of the Collaborative Professionals of Northern Virginia (CPNV), Virginia Collaborative Professionals (VaCP), and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). Ms. Hayba believes that all clients should be informed of and have access to a variety of pathways towards resolution when faced with one of the most challenging times of their life. As a result, she strives to maintain a multidimensional practice, which allows her to address the needs of individual clients. Ms. Hayba has experience with traditional settlement negotiations, alternative dispute resolution methods, and litigation.

Ms. Hayba is a native of New York and received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.  Ms. Hayba went on to obtain her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and is admitted to practice in both Virginia and New Jersey.

Ms. Hayba is an active participant in the Northern Virginia legal community, including as a member of the Family Law and Young Lawyers Sections of the Fairfax Bar Association. Ms. Hayba has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Virginia Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2020.
